USA customer help us assemble modular LED.
These two days,one of our USA customer give us a rush sample order,custom modular LED light,
we should cut the heatsink to 26mm then assemble the LED modules.
Firstly we make simulation test,cos of the reduction of LED heatsink,it failed the temperature rising testing.
when we do initial workpiece,we find it is impossible to cut the aluminium profile,we tried electric saw,
wire-electrode cutting,grinding machine,failed to cut it.
Then with the engineer's help,we find a way to cut it fast yesterday.
But it is a urgent case for AT&T，we have to work work overtime all days.
Robert drive to our factory and awaiting,he is a senior RF engineer,and said he is happy to work with us,
so he wear his presbyopic glasses and help us assemble the LED street modules.
Thanks's the help of our staff,and old robert's work,we deliver it to Fedex on time.
Then,we wanna say,if you wanna work with us behind work line,we will not agree.
